U.S. judge blocks Obamacare coverage mandate for some cancer screenings, PrEP

A Texas judge blocked Obamacare’s mandate that insurance plans cover preventive care, including pre-exposure prophylaxis against HIV and screenings for cancer, diabetes and depression at no cost to patients.
